Janier,
I have no clue why your post hasn't been answered. This particular cancer is not my area of knowledge or experience. It's quite possible that you may be the first person to experience this particular issue for this type of cancer on the forum.
I do know that lung cancer can attack the adrenals also, but only know the term keyhole surgery is what applies to the removal of the tumor. It's supposed to be a tough surgery.
That's all I know about cancer and the adrenals. I hope someone does answer you and sorry I'm of little help.
Good luck and it's probably best to have the biopsy done.
God bless,

Janier, I am very sorry about your MM. Like pbj, I am not too familiar with MM. My ex father-in-law died of it 6 years after his diagnosis but I do not remember much about it. I certainly do not remember him having to have his adrenal glands biopsied. I do encourage you to keep working with your own medical team. If they are recommending a biopsy, I would listen to them. If you think they are wrong or don't trust them, get a second opinion.
You are in my thoughts and prayers. _________________ Jim
