And possibly where you get them from.

I read Chris post where he lists his supplements.
The top item on his list is beta glucans. A web search reveals that there are at least two clinical trials testing beta glucans, so the supplement appears to be worth considering. What puzzles me is why none of the major supplement manufacturers offer beta glucans. The web search finds only obscure and unknown (to me) brand names. It seems the buzz about beta glucans goes many years back so why the companies like twinlab, schiff, and others didn't take notice.
