I'm going to spare a lot of info to keep this short. My mom has pancreatic cancer and was diagnosed with it in March given only 6mo-1yr to live. Shes had a stent put in her Liver as well as her Pancreas to help her pass food. Shes been having issues lately with passing food and she'll go 8-9 days without going. Shes taken everything to help her go and cant. I think theres a blockage somewhere but tests arent showing one.

Today she was in severe pain while in the hospital and was dehydrated upon going in last night. It seems like if all the med. and very lil food she eats is going up the wrong way. Now she cant seem to urinate as of today. And that was the first time its happen.

ANY sim. issues? Is it just a part of having this cancer? She cant recieve treatment atm cause shes always dehydrated upon "chemo day"

My Mom just had emergency surgery for a large bowel obstruction and now has a colostomy on top of the pancreatic cancer. She too was suffering from severe constipation and it caused an obstruction (and of course other factors may have contributed). I am sure the narcotics contributed but now she can't do chemo and this is an awful situation so my advice is for your Mom to get an immediate CT scan to see what is going on and don't let them just take an xray cause it might not show the whole problem .
