I have a mole at the back of my leg, which occasionaly itches.
Also I have one on my finger which is next to thumb. It appeared nearly 4 to 5 years back and it slightly pains now. Do they express the symptoms of Skin Cancer?

Not necessarily. I have lots of moles that itch, and none are regarded as cancerous.

If you are in any doubt, see a dermatologist.
