My father was diagnosed with this type of canser in feruary, it had spread to: kidneys, liver, stomac andthe milt, he lost a lot of wait and he cant eat, he gets fod in the wains. He started pallative-treatment, Chemo, at onse. In the beginning of mai he was told that the metastases on the liver was allmost gone. But the rest was as before. He had a break in the chemo from the beginning of may, and startedagain 27 of may. he got Wery sick of the 2 treatments he have gotten since then, and today he desided to not take anymore chemo, and just take painkillers on a pump, he controlles when its pumped in hes wains.. Can enyone tell me what to expect from now? how long? what pains? what happens to the body? What can we do for him in this time? Please be real with me, tell me all... send me a PM if you dont want to write it here.

Verind, I am sorry for your father's sickness and wish him and you well. No one can say how long he will live. He might be better now in Hospice Care. Ask the doctors about this. Good luck.

Thank you.
He is home, nurses komes 3 times a day to chek on him. He as not desided yet where he wants to be when he gets to the end. |

| Today the doctors desided to stop the nutrition, it makes him sick and he throws up. They are allso increasing hes dosage of morphine everyday from today.. allso i have the flu, so i cant visit him.. i hope he dont go away before i am well so i can say my goodbyes to him ... enyone know how long a human can live without nutrition? I am so down now because of this, and dont know what to do... |

| Today they moved him to the hospital, my mother stays there with him all the time, and is going to sleep there, he dont drink anything anymore.. soon his pain will go away and the suffering is over.... |
