A Brain Cancer Specialist informed me that the majority of Brain Tumors are coming from the southeastern U.S.! I would like to hear if this seems to be true. He advised that they are performing studies to find possible triggers for these tumors. I would like your opinion if you don't mind.
Thanks, James

Unfortunately, as the saying goes, there are lies, damn lies and statistics Wink.

If you look for clusters or statistical anomalies you will find them. In my opinion, far better that specialists focus on treatments that save our lives. If he finds a result, is he going to recommend that everyone move north?!?

It was a good question to ask, especially given the source, but don't be surprized if the alignment of certain stars, or ambient temperature or latitude turn out to have a similar statistical significance.

Lets get the treatment right for this disease first before we go looking at any statistically significant causation. Given that it is a biological disease why not focus on biological causes first Smile.
