Hi,

My name is Gwen & I am a two time breast cancer survivor. My husband has stage 4 lung cancer, advanced COPD & arterial disease. He is an amazing man & I am hoping this site will enable me to deal with his illness as well as I was able to deal with mine. His cancer in inoperable due to the COPD & he is going into his second year of survival.

Hello Gwen,

Welcome to the forums. I hope you will find that this is a good place for you. There are many knowledgeable people in the lung cancer section, so feel free to move on down and post your story there.

I'm sorry that you keep having to live with cancer in your life.

[Thank you so much Cruz.....I appreciate your thoughtful response. There are many days I don't feel as strong as you suggest - only sad, frustrated & lonely. My family is very supportive of our struggle but I think at times not quite aware of how very hard this is for both of us.

I think the inability to discuss my frustrations with anyone led me to this forum.
