For the pts that received postive results on moles, how many days
approx did it take for you to hear from them??

Was it like 2-3 days??

I read an article from a Derm who stated that pathology reports are
very quick for "skin biops" and that nobody should have to wait more then
24-48 hrs for a positive result.

Any comments.......................... Denise

Denise,

It depends on where it's being done and their workload. My scrape biopsy took 6 days and the full biopsy took 5 days. God luck!

I would think I had full biop if they took the whole mole and I have a
crater type wound left??

Also yes I'm getting picky but do the weekend days count as days to wait??
