I am sorry to hear about your diagnosis. I had a hysteroscopy and d&c yesterday also. I hope everything turns out good for you. I will pray for you.

Hi dsdt1998,

Welcome to the forum, and I certainly wish it was better circumstances. Please post back and be sure to find what stage is the cancer according to your report. I see you where diagnosed at grade 2, which was my grade. It may be your oncologist will do only chemotherarpy, some do a combination of chemotherapy and radiation. I was limited with my options at the time I was diagnosed as I was uninsured. I did 30+ rounds of radiation and brachtherapy--which involves putting an implant device into the vagina, typically for 24 to 48 hours during a hospital stay. A lot depends on the staging of the disease and on your oncologist. Post back to let us know what you learned from your doctor today. My heart goes out to you Debby, and I am sorry for what you are going through, Its like your world caves under you in a split second. I will be praying for you, and stand strong--fight this evil disease with all you got.

Rhonda
