Hi ALL

Want to let you al know my 3 lesion, 2 suspicious were negative. And please
bear with me while I vent much needed "stuff"

First thank you HaloeBoy, Brainman, Deklon, Lucy and all of your posts. You guys have both empathy and knowledge a great recipe for new hungry souls
in need of suport.

Without this group I would have not scheduled 6 mth appt. because I would not have asked derm of my risks and how often I need to come.

There are TWO very annoying situations that surrond this illness. First why
do people (I got lucky) have to wait soo long to get appointment? Second
why so long with the results?? This cancer wen in its later stages is just as deadly as organ cancers!!!

Maybe I'm being ignorant but isn't that time precious?? Do "they" know how
lon it takes for a mel to go from dermis to lymph node? Maybe it takes many months??

Maybe I should post my other concerns on new thread. I owe you guys many
thanks, and as usual I allowed my feelings to over spill. If you have to delete
any of this let me know if I should start new topic.

Hey glad all is well you're one of the "lucky" ones! Just a note to your Obama health care statement: I live in Canada where we have health care, I was diagnosed with MM in June 2008, had my WLE in July 2008 had my SNB in August 2008 and was given the all clear in October 2008. I don't find this too long of wait and I went by the total standards of the health care system, apparently you'd be fortunate to have our short wait times! Just alleviating some of the fear mongering out there!!! Good luck.
