I AM SO SCARED I MIGHT HAVE OVARIAN CANCER HELP PLEASE

A little bit over a month a go out of no where I started to get these weird symptoms. I was at work and all of a sudden I had the need to urinate all the time. Then later on that night I started feeling nauseus. So I thuought maybe I am pregnant. The next day I had the same symptoms. So I went to get a pregnancy test and it was negative. Later on that day I got my period. I was relieved that I was not pregnant but I still had these symptoms. To make the long story short I had urine test and cultures done and everything was negative. Finally I went to my GYN who performed an ultrasound and he found a cyst on my right ovarie which had ruptured and the fluid had ended up next to my rectum amd bladder so he said that was the source of all my symptoms. He said my body woud absorve the fluid and the symptoms would go away. By the way the nausea went away about a week after this whole thing started.
I was relieved to hear that it wasnt something like ovarian cancer. After I had suffered from overian cyst since the age of 16 and now I am 33 so that made sense. So my symtoms started to subside than a few days before my last period last week the started coming back again. The nausea the cramping of the left ovary this time stronger pain. So I went back to the doctor thinking that I had another cyst which ruptured. He did another vaginal ultrasound and said that there was no more fluid in my abdomen and the cyst on the left ovary was now gone > he stated that the symptoms I was feeling were my ovaries healing itself. So he put me on birth control pills to stop ovulation so that I do not get any more ovarian cysts. Well as of today a week afetr my period I am still having presuure and pain on my lower abdomen and a urgency to urinate even though the fluid is now gone. Also my appetite is not the greatest, I have lost 6 pounds in one week and this scares me. The weird thing is that I do not wake up with pain or the urgency to urinate frequently until after I have a bowel movement in the morning and toward the end of the night the urgency is not so bad. Do the symptoms from ovarian cancer come so quickly overnite like mine? Should I be worried? I am so scared I already suffer from panic attacks and now I am getting depressed because this is not going away. I am so scared. Please somebody give me some insight, why is this not going away?
I dont know if this is somehow realted to this but about 4 months ago I had a miscarriage. HELP!!!!

Go to your GYN and make them rule it out. Do it now. Do not wait or accept pats on the head and simple reassurances. Make them rule it out.

lola - first thing is to think positive thoughts. More than likely it is nothing or some other condiiton which can be resolved.

Go see your GYN ASAP so they can detemine what is wrong. But in the meantime, be positive and don't worry. It won't help.

Let us know the outcome.
