My aunt sent this link to me and I find it amazing. Maybe some of you have heard of this, it's a very simple exercise said to help brain wellness and improve your IQ! I recommend trying this out, it's worth the time! =)

Hi SFG. I have heard many great things about Yoga... and I halfway believe them. Personally, I think that anything that can help the mental status of a patients is worth the effort. I am not sure that I can say that Yoga can directly impact a cancer but the mind it very powerful so who knows?
