Hi,

I'm 27 years old and my ultrasound report says the following:

Lateral to the right ovary in the right adnexal region is nonspecific midly heterogeneous partially cystic/necrotic soft tissue abnornmality measuring 4.6 x 2.3 x 3.2 cm minimal vascularity. CT of the abdomen/pelvis with contrast is recommended to futher evaluate abnormality.

I forgot to mention There is free fluid of the cul de sac.

Should I be worried?

Thanks.
