Hi Jacob,
Yoga can be very helpful with illness. I have read up on Kundalini Yoga, and have a book I could send you called meditation as medicine. I have read it. I have no need to keep it, and I won't get much money to sell it. If you would accept i'd gladly send it to you. Oxygen in your cells is very important, so deep breathing, and poses can revitalize your body and bring it back into balance. I Highly recommend something else to do as well. If you look into nutrition you will find others that will support my claim. You can cure yourself through nutrition. But you must cut out saturated fat, and generally meat, cheese, & gluten. What is important is to adapt your life to eating primarily organic fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds(nuts have saturated fat, so its important to eat these in moderation). These are life giving foods, and will heal your body from the inside out. They might seem expensive now, but when you are healed and no longer have medical expense you will see how truly cheap it is! Whole foods are essential, and it is vitally important to give up processed foods, fast foods, any food that you can't read the label and know exactly what the ingredients are. I had precancerous cells that I burned, cut out, and cut out again. They kept coming back. Only after changing my diet was I healed. Get the book The cancer battle plan (actually i have that too, if you would like it, i can send it with the other book) which also emphasizes vitamins supplements, juicing, and detoxification which I used and found effective. You can cure your cancer naturally. I am reading about theta healing right now, and although i have not witnessed any miracles i believe them to be possible, and hope to learn that all humans can heal, we must just believe, ask and accept the healing for it to be true. Best of luck! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. |

actually any exercise that u enjoy doing helps, that may include walking, swimming, or meditation.
one key factor to fight cancer is to have a healthy mind and body thru exercising and eating well. |
