Hey guys. I’ve been dealing with fatigue for the last few months now, nothing really helped.

I have finally decided to do my own research on healthy food, natural remedies, and it did wonders for me!

since the fatigue factor is so major, and it's part of fact that the immune system is so weak...I just wanted to share some advice in terms of doctors telling you there is no cure except rest ... Well maybe to them there is no cure, but there are plenty of foods and herbs out there that are can help our body and immune system cope with the change.

I'll begin with the stuff I used and did wonders in only few days...Garlic..Eat as much of this stuff as you can..Other anti-viral foods consist of onions, broccoli, and apples

also..I used echinacea/echina force- It's a flower/ herb with strong anti-viral properties

I can definitely relate to the torture and pain that goes with this stuff. But just endure it, it's worthwhile.

But the best stuff I started taking 5 weeks ago and helps me is an antiviral supplement (called Gene-Eden) that targets chronic viruses in the body, and boost up the immune system.
After two weeks only, I felt better: I was able to sleep at nights and my enegy level went up.

The interesting part was that when the blood test showed that there was an increase in my white cell counts...that made me happy!

anyways I truly believe that the combination of the healty food and the supplement I took did the job, and I think this may help others as well. Take care,
Smile Energizer.

half of the battle is mental, and if the supplement works for u, power to you.

before my chemo treatment, my oncology doctor recommends me not to take any supplements because they may interact with the chemo drugs and produce undesirable effects. As u can appreciate, the side effects of many supplements are still unknown and infact some have turned out to be bad.

all the best to you
