Questions~

I have some specific questions.

1) If one has a long term swollen neck gland(between the earlobe and collarbone) and it IS lymphoma, would it ache at all?

2)so if that gland was lymphoma, should the person be exhausted?(even being a homeschooling momma to 8, with the youngest being 6 months and still getting up several times a night, I"m NOT tired)

3) this is the weird, but I was reading last night about how alcohol causes pain in the gland if it is lymphoma~ well I never drink, but if I did have a wine cooler and the gland hurt, is that a good sign of lymphoma, or is that crazy Sad

HEY, desperate times may call for desperate messures Wink

Also, I do have some lower back pain, but I am overweight and have had 8 babies in 16 years so I don't put much emphasis into that....but could that be a sign.

yousaid your lymph nodes comes and go, so i am almost sure its not lymphoma, but make sure check it out

Thanks, I will but not til Jan when I have insurance.
They did come and go until about 2 weeks ago.
The thing is when they first started about the end of Jan, they were quite achy like I had something viral....and they do get achy alot, I'd say about 40% of the time.
The last few days they avhe been very achy, even up into my ear.

I know no one can diagnosis me, it's just so hard waiting. Even thinking of next year, I start to think about our family vacation, spring family pictures, anything at all and then I think, OH ya,,,what if i have cancer and I"m going through chemo.......agh.

I really can't tell the size, it's just kinda oblong and I can't feel exactly where the "lump" is, I just know it's a large knot feeling. Definitely not visible to the eye.
when I had the fine needle biopsy the ENT said it is behind the carotid artery. I did hear her tell the nurse it was hard, I took that as a bad sign...not sure if it should be hard if it is from an infection.
