For anyone interested, I thought I would mention to not forget three saints often called upon in these circumstances. I realize many on here may not care or even be offended, but it never hurts to call on the saints in my book, after all they can only help:

St. Peregrine - patron saint of cancer victims

St. Jude - patron saint of desperate causes

St. Rita - patron saint of lost causes

I urge everyone to call on them in your prayers during times like this, and you all will be in my prayers as well. You don't even have to be Catholic, they still intercede for you in times of need so don't hesitate.

I happen to be a devotee of Mother of Perpetual Help and St. Padre Pio, the power of prayers to all these saints proved to be very helpful. Have faith and I am sure you'll be ok. My fiance is a cervical cancer survivor, if you think you are on the end of the rope, hold on God will always tie a knot for you.
