New here.. My mom had uterine cancer 4 years ago. In May she started having knee problems. We just thought it was arthritis. Long story short we were told the cancer had come back and it was now in her knee. We were sent to a specialist and she had a total knee replacement and is recovering from that. She looks good and went back to see her oncologist after the surgery. He told us because the ct scan she took in September showed that the cancer was not found any where else he didn't want her to do chemo since doing so with out having cancer would be harmful. Also it would allow her to heal from the recent surgery. We were glad. So he told us to come back in 6 weeks for another ct scan.
My mom is a fighter and showed us all how strong she is. She is also a prayer warriar and we are believing for a miracle that the cancer is gone.

Hi amc,

Very Happy Welcome aboard. I am sorry to hear what your mom is going through; this must be difficult time for all of your family. Your news sounds very encouraging concerning her treatment--believe for the best. I will be standing in prayer with her for that miracle, and for her to come through victoriously.
