The Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) announced today that Evangelos S. Gragoudas, MD, has been selected to receive the Association's 2006 Weisenfeld Award, which is presented annually for Excellence in Ophthalmology. The award will be presented to Gragoudas during ARVO's 2006 Annual Meeting in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., in May, 2006.
