I have some problem with my stomach being upset in past. Like I used to get blood in stools as the stools were hard. Now it did not come for past 7-8 months but I remember few years back it was very often. I ate some stool softner madicines to cure it. Now over the time, I still get hard stools but no blood. It is not that I get hard stools daily but yes I do get them often, and now I see there is a small tissue sort of thing hanging out my anus (rectum), exactly outside the stool hole. I feel it when I am cleaning the anus after stools. It was earlier like vrey very small 2 mm (Milli Meter, 1/5 of a cm) in size, but few days have passed I am getting hard stools which resulted in that tissue being enlarged a bit. Now it is like .5 cm in size. It is like a tissue ball.

I want to know is it a cancer ? How much is the probability or cancer ? I am very scared please help me.

I am a smoker. smoke like 4-5 Cig a day, I have doing this for past 5 years.

Please help me to know what is it ? Which doctor shall I visit ?

regards

I am not in the medical filed, but recently lost my Dad to colon cancer, I do NOT think you have to fear cancer, but you certainly need to see a doctor, if for nothing else but to relieve your fears.
I suggest you start with an appt with your family practioner and he/she can refer you appropriate with tests or specialist

Good luck and let us know how you make out
