My gf has a small lump about the size of a dime on her upper inner thigh its somewhat hard and doesnt hurt her unless she squeezes it. Could this be signs of cancer? and if so what kind?

Any lump needs to be checked out by a medical professional because if it is a malignant tumor it needs immediate attention. If its not, it will bring you both so much peace to know you have nothing to worry about.

I pray it isn't a malignant tumor.

*edit...It could be something like a cyst. Wouldn't that be great?

I add my voice to that of Happyheart. She needs to have it checked out. There are so many types of "lumps" that only a physician can tell you what it is.
