Hello

Just after christmas my father in law who is only 55 began to cough up blood.Doctors sent him for a chest x ray which was followed by all the usual tests and a week ago he was told the news that we all dreaded but suspected that he had lung cancer.I am unsure which type of cancer he has or at what stage he is at .All i no is that it is a very aggresive form of cancer that is in-operable.Any other treatment(which he has refused)would not cure this but only maybe slow it down alittle.He was then told that he has between 6-18 month left with us.As you can imagine we are all devastated by this news,and the whole family is scared as to what lies a head of us.Please can can anyone offer any advice as to what we can expect as his condition worsens.
