Diagnosed with NSCLC 3B -- now I suspect bone involvement for various reasons and will have post-treatment scans this week. For anyone out there with bone mets, did you have symptoms prior to knowing you had spread to the bone?

We found out about my Mom's cancer because of a bone metastasis. She woke up one morning and her forehead was swollen. Then it went away, but still, she had some pain on the bone.

We went to several doctors saying that that was an allergy, or igmoritis, etc, before having a scan and a biopsy which resulted in cancer diagnosis.

My deepest sympathy,

Mandy

Mandy - thank you for letting me know. My first set of post-treatment scans start today and final results will be given to us on Thursday. I guess we'll find out then. My best to you.
