Hi all,
i hope some one can help me with this, because of the cancer in my leg which has caused limited blood flow ive got these large weeping,smelly ulcers on the lower part of my leg.
Ive had them for about 4mnths now and have had several staff infections with constant antibiotics.
They have started to heal a few times but another round of chemo puts me back where i was.
Medical honey seems to be working at keeping the wounds clean etc but does anyone know how i stop the continual leaking,,,when i get up in the morning on several occasions the bandages,where its been leaking is green and not very pretty at all.

Hello James,
A long time ago some one told me about using regular white sugar for
bed sores, you know like for people who are in a coma or very ill and are
bedridden. They said it worked but I've never had occasion to try it. Might be
that your medicinal honey is about the same thing.
It sounds like from your other posts that you're getting weary from fighting this
beast and thinking about giving in. But you're alive and have people who love you
and that's a hell of a lot better than being dead.
I've read posts from other people who have been fighting this disease for years and it's
amazing what we'll endure just to see another sunrise. Hang in there and and keep the faith
