Hi all, i have had smoldering myeloma for 12mths, now it seems the myeloma could be active because my calcium levels are going up everything else is the same. No treatment has been discussed yet, other than a few aches and pains here and there i feel ok except for constipation. i have been taking a mild laxative i forgot to ask the doctor if this was ok. Is it? Also should you be exercising if the myeloma is active or will it activate it more. I am very weary of everything i do now as i have this cancer on my brain 24/7 as you all probabbly do.
