At last, had tube placed today, was a breeze, had a woman anesthesiologist who actually listened and let me do it with Versaid alone, so I was not sick at all, ate on way home and feel fine. I did kind of jump the doctor for not calling me. He evidently went out and read chart and then came in and apologized, said he was decidint whether or not to have me do anything as area so small. He had no trouble getting tube in. So now Fri see radiologist again, and then staying in Indianapolis for 5 days for the treatment and that's it. Maybe now I can quit eating everything in sight.

Anyone having this done and has questions, let me know. Laughing

Am so glad the procedure went so well. Isn't it wonderful when we have physicians who actually listen to us. I can't stand general anesthesia myself; it doesn't make me nauseated, but definitely makes me feel so exhausted for days/weeks afterwards.

I am going to ask the Radiologist when I see her on 2/23 whether she might refer me to a Radiologist in the next state who does do mammosites.
