Hi,
My name is Kellyn. And my sister HAD Stage 3 Anaplastic Astrocytoma Brain Cancer. She no longer has it. My sister, Laurie Nelson, was diagnosed with brain cancer a couple of years ago. She went through the chemo and radiation treatments....they even did surgery to try and get the cancer that way. For some reason they couldn't get it all. Her cancer was kinda like a dandelion, in that respect, when they tried to remove it it would breakup and scatter making it almost impossible to retrieve the cancerous cells. They would have to keep monitoring her progress every couple of months or so. Laurie was at her wits end when she met Lauren. Lauren told her about this juice that she had been taking for Fibromialgia, and all the success she has had with it. So, Laurie decided to try it out....heck, it has a 3 month money back guarentee-just keep your bottles and they will refund you the money for the juice. After being on the juice for three months, Laurie went in for her scheduled examination. The doctors couldn't believe the what they were seeing! It had pulled a 180. And after six months of being on the juice, the cancer was pretty much non-existant! This blew the doctors minds! A year later, the cancer WAS gone!
After I saw that Laurie had done the impossible, I figured,"What have I got to lose?" My story begins with a closed head injury that left me in a coma for three months back in June of '87. When I awoke, the last thing that I remembered was my Sophomore year of high school, and evidentally I had been driving my fiance's brand new truck when I was in the accident. Needless to say, I had a long journey ahead of me. I had an equilibrium problem, tone on the left side of my body and tremors on the right. I also suffered from Epilepsy. I had surgery on my eyes to correct double vision. I was soon on my way to being a walking pharmacy. Meds for seizures, high blood pressure, depression, vitamins to counteract the seizure meds and, last but not least, laxatives. This is the reason that Laurie never let up about the juice. I wasn't going to chance the onset of a seizure by going off the only thing that had made life bearable for the past twenty years. But the more that Laurie persisted, the less hesitant I became. I started taking the juice (01-02-07)and after 2- 2 1/2 weeks, I went off all my meds (contrary to my doctor's belief) and haven't been on them for almost a month now. I was definitely paranoid for the first three days. I kept waiting for an aura, warning me of the tragic episode that I was almost certain would rear it's ugly face. But a seizure never came! Shortly after that, I began to notice that my kidneys were no longer making it nearly impossible for me to sleep, like they had done in the past. (I have polycystic kidney and liver disease) I stopped taking the juice for a couple of days (thanks to my memory) and my old friend, Pain, was back visiting my kidneys. My urine was no longer yellow but it was now a tannish color. I completely freaked out! I started back on the juice that very moment and I have never looked back.
My husband, Derek, suffers from arthritis in his lower back and hips. Every since he's been on it, he has felt no pain. It has helped bring his blood pressure to a level where he's trying to wean himself from the meds completely.
This story would have never been told if it wasn't for my sister's persistance. Who needs Angels....when I have my big sister watching out for me. Smile

I know that this forum isn't for those people that are selling stuff. I don't consider this to be a sales gimmick. It's the truth. The God's honest truth. Life is too short and if you decide to take that doctors word that your life as you know it is pretty much over, whether it be mobilization, feeding tubes, lifelong meds that drain you of your dignity and self esteem, then that's all you have to look forward to.
Shortly after we, my husband and I, moved back home, we heard news of an dear friend that had cancer. My father mentioned the juice to him and he ordered it and he found that at his last MRI, his cancer was in remission. Now, I don't know if that means that it's gone, but I do know that, Laurie, my sister's is gone. She went for an MRI on Tuesday (02/20/07) and, still, there is no sign of the cancer!

I just wanted to spread the news that there is hope in the form of a small berry that is grown in the Himalayans.

If this violates the contract for this forum, I am truly sorry. I just wanted to spread the news that there is something out there and it's high time that people learned of it's great importance in regards to our health. Confused If the monitors decide to let me keep this new post on this forum, please, feel free to contact me or do your own research. This is truly a blessing for my family.

Thank you,

Kellyn Penrod

Indeed, and so too in a berry from South America, and a berry from Europe, and linseed, and soya, and cottage cheese.

A caution -

Goji has a high level of antioxidants and trace elements, but it is not the only one by any means. Use it by all means, anything that you feel helps yourself is likely to benefit you on the whole. However, it is most unwise to suggest that it will necessarily benefit anyone and everyone. There is so far NOTHING that cures on its own.

Ya know something.....I'm not saying it's for everyone, but it worked for me and my sister. There are quite a few people that I know that it has helped. DON'T USE IT!!! But don't patronize me!! Read what I've written, gather your own opinions...........AND KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF!!
Thanks,

The trouble is, Kellyn, that you do not really have any proof of what actually worked. All I am saying is that there are as many different herbal remedies as there are conditions treated by them. Many do help, many are beneficial foods. I know people who swear by astragalus, or sutherlandia, or green tea, or pau d'arco, or e.s.s.i.a.c tea, or iodine - the lists are long.

But it is not helpful to tout them as cures.

And rude private messages do not further anyone's causes
