Hello

I have had seed and EBR prostate treatment a year and 3 months ago. Last PSA after a year was zero and DRE good. Just now experiencing painful urination but with good flow thanks to flomax. Even painful in my anus. A real pain in the ... It has been with me for about 5 days. Came on fast. Has anyone else had this problem so long after treatment??

Hello

Thanks for posting. You may be having an episode of prostatitis, a common prostate infection that can be treated. Other causes of pain could be bleeding and other causes. Your prostate may be also enlarged not due to cancer but due to BPH, and it may facilitate a urinary infection.
