My uncle is suffering from cancer. He has undergone radiation and then did chemo therapy. But now the cancer has developed again and the doctors say it is not possible to do radiation again. Can somebody adivce me if its advisable to do radiation again or what else can be done.

It won?t be easy to answer your questions since we do not have much information. However, one rule of thumb is that if radiation was give for definitive treatment (usually high dose was used), re-treatment is not a good idea because the body cannot tolerate high dose of radiation. Sometimes re-irradiation can be done if the previous dose will be limited, radiation fields will be small, no critical tissue will be included in the field, or special technique can be used.
