I am 14 and i have a lump. It is located just below the lower back where it meets the bum in the middle. I am quite worried as it is quite painful if i put a lot of pressure on it as well.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hello

At your age a diagnosis of cancer in that area is very rare. But I would recommend you seek medical attention for this problem. This may be an infected cyst or something similar.
