Hi all!

I have just registered with this forum, I was diagnosed with Malignant Melanoma a couple months ago, I had a this dark spot on the side of my left leg, the doctor took it out and called me back couple days later to tell me to come in with my husband.

When he told me Melanoma, I did not really realized what that meant, in means of how devastating that news must had been. I have not really been reading on it, as I knew it was cancer and that right there was enough for me, could not deal with more information.

Anyways I went in for surgery, they did a SNB and it came back as one lymph node being positive. I had my scan's nothing showed, but I know that that might not mean anything. I have been reading a lot on this since I know that I might be okay, but that I do have to improve my lifestyle, eating habits, more gym and staying positive will do a lot of good.

I am drinking the Xango juice, the Eskine tea and eat a LOT of fresh fruits and vegetables.....

Would like to have some input of other things that I could do to fight this beast from reoccur....

Welcome, Belinda,

I'm glad to hear that you caught the beast early and your scans are clear. That's awesome. I don't have much to add because it seems as if you're already doing what you can by excersising more, eating more fruits and vegies.

I would like to know more about the Xango juice and Eskine tea that you're drinking now. Was that reccommended by the Dr. or just something that you thought could help? What's in the xango juice as well?

Thanks and we will keep you in our prayers. This beast is relentless and everything that we can do to keep it away we must do.
