I have been reading some heart breaking stories on this forum so first thing I wanted to say was I wish everyone on this forum my sincerest regards, you are all brave people.

A few days ago I found out my Mum has cancer of the Uterus, little is known at the moment. She has a 4cm tumour and is awaiting some test results which are due back on Wednesday, other than that I don't know too much. I have done a little reading about it and understand that most women are diagnosed early on and the success rate for getting rid of it are very high amongst most women, however my Mum is not most women. Wink

She told me she thinks she might have had it for years, she's just not done anything about it, this (obviously) has me extremely worried.

I was wondering if anyone here had any similar experiences, specifically with Uterine cancer that they might share with me so I can have a better understanding as to what might happen and what to expect.

Hi, trentboy2.

I'm so sorry for your mum's scary health issue. But you are not alone. There is plenty of help and advice here.

I'm going to move this to uturus as well- see if you have some more replys there.....

Maybe even post something there, a little about your mum, age symptoms etc...
