The major problem with depending on press releases for the latest information is that the press seems to be attracted to the dramatic and often not totally reviewed studies. Having said that, the press does has good information but don't stop there... go on to the scientific journals and books.

In addition, note that this topic has been around for about 18 months and that the original author did not even reply to the info he already received. In fact, this is his only post. Of course, that does not mean that your information is not helpful to others.
