From internet I came to know that there is a vaccination for GBM to slow down the growth and increase the life span by Duke University Medical Center. Is any body has any experience in this treatment?

quated from internet:
The 23 selected patients were given three vaccinations over a two-week period, followed by a monthly booster shot designed to keep the immune system activated against EGFRvIII-bearing cells, Dr. Heimberger said.

Can anyone have any information regarding the following treatment of GBM

Hi mahershams. Since there were only 23 participant in that study, there probably is no one on this forum who has received this "vaccine" yet. The EGFRvIII protein has been and still is a hopeful target for chemotherapies of all types. There is a significant amount of work that still needs to be done before it will be widely used or available. Nevertheless, Duke is a wonderful research hospital and you could contact them directly to inquire.
