I dont know if this person counts as a spammer, but all they did to reply to a post was put a link to a hospital in the UK when the person who needs help does not live in the UK

Thanks, I'll keep my eye on that name. I deleted the post, but since it was the user's first time maybe it was just a mistake and not spam. We'll see.
