I have been thru breast cancer, my daughter has severe panic attacks. Which one is worse - who dies first.?
My daughter and I discuss these things and we go round and round. I am 60 she is 40. She does not understand that cancer could have killed me and still could. She feels her panic attacks are worse than my cancer and/or I dont understand them. What are the stats of panic attacks killing a person or cancer?

Panic attacks are horrible but cancer is worse. I used to suffer from debilitating attacks about 10 years ago. I felt out of control and like I was going to die. When you have an attack or pity yourself for having them - it feels like your world is caving in.

Having said that, over several years through hard work, meditation and reading, I've managed to come out the other side. It's been years and years since my last attack.

I can tell you this. I wouldnt trade my attacks for my Dad's cancer.
