I have just decided that i need to reach out for help. just had a very negative thanksgiving due to an inlaws criticism and personal attack regarding the care of her brother (my husband) I am hurting and can't seem to let it go - help.

Hi Diana,
You didn't provide a lot of information so I really don't know what to say.
My mother died from cancer and between myself, my sister and my brother, one of us was with her 24 hours a day, and there were some conflicts between us during that time. It's a highly emotional time as well as being physically taxing. Nerves got frayed and tempers got short at times.
There has to be an understanding that these are tough times for everyone and extra care must be taken with each other as well as the patient.
I hope you can work things out with your sister-in-law. You need each other at times like this.
