How many of you have or have had cases of chronic cervical (neck) lymphadenopathy that has lasted more than, say, 3 months and have never had a good diagnosis? I'm asking this because my wife is currently being worked up for her swollen post. cervical lymphadenopathy. THe first round of blood work (CBC only) was normal, and a whole batch of other tests are ordered. In reading several posts here, it looks like there are a few of you who've had lymphadenopathy for some time without any certain diagnosis being given to it. When I do a literature search, I can't seem to find any good articles on the prevalence of benign chronic lymphadenopathy.

Any stories you want to share?
