Has anybody out there had a double implant to correct incontinance and impotence? After 2 years I am still subject to minor stress incontinence and malfunction of my erection. As a result the NHS are proposing a double inplant of a "bladder tap" and an inflatable erection device.

There would appear to be some sort of debate between surgeons as to whether this proposal would be practical, with so many mechanical devices so close together. I am therefore in a quandry as to what to do. Is there anybody out there who has had this carried out on them?

Subject to being able to achieve an erection again, is there any means of regaining the 30mm that I have lost in the length of my penis? I understand that this type of operation is not recognised in England.

I use the vacuum pump, did not want surgery to do more damage to my body than already done. Once the surgery is done, it can never be reversed to the way you were before. With the vacuum pump I will be able to have an erection as long as there is still blood in my body. No reason you need to go 2 yrs without an erection.

Hi,

I am a urologist in Sarasota florida.
I think a double implant can be done....but only in a highly motivated patient.

How is your psa?
that is important too.
