I got a postcard in the mail from the Patient Advocate Foundation. They are conducting an online survey looking for cancer patients who are male/and or age 65 and older who received intravenous (IV) chemotherapy treatment after January 1, 2003. The card said if I did not qualify to pass it on to anyone I know that does. I thought this would be a great place to do that. Also they pay you $40.00 for the survey it says.
