I see the board is pretty quiet this week. I hope everyone had a good Christmas. DH, DS and I drove from Minnesota to Indiana to celebrate with DD, SIL and DGD and SIL's parents. It has been a delight to watch DGD Melanie Rose, who is 16 months old, play with all the new toys. Of course, the grandparents are only to happy to keep her occupied. What a cutie she is! We have a houseful here, and there is more snow in Indiana than in Minnesota! Hard to believe. However, the forcast is for days in the 50s by the end of the week, so the snow will go. We are heading back home Wednesday or Thursday and will take two days. Happy New Year to all and may 2005 bring us closer to a cure. Hugs, Lauri

Hi...glad to hear you had a great Christmas. We did also. Our daughter, son-in-law(originally from Minnesota) and our 6 month old grandson came.
They live in Charlotte now.
We live in eastern part of North Carolina and we have snow on the ground!!!! About 4 inches. I am just praying for it to melt soon!!!!

Hello

Well, I was on call again for the third year in a row on Christmas Eve. So I spent little time with my family, and had cafeteria food :-/ But that's alright, I guess what matters is that my family was there...
