Hi all,
Just writing because I am scared and so is everyone who knows me so I don't want to keep rehashing it with them.

A patch of skin near my eye started out red & irritated, seemed to come and go, new pigment (brown) appeared, now it's about half the size of a dime. A red, irritated, raised spot next to a new freckle-lookiing thing. Dermatologist said "That thing needs to be cut off and put in a jar!!" So Tuesday I meet with a plastic surgeon and it's all just a little much for me right now. Worried about every aspect of it. I'm a mother of 4, 35 years old, totally unprepared for more bad news.

I want to cry.
