Hello,
I am a student in psychology at The Ohio State University studying under Professor Barbara L. Andersen. I would very much appreciate your help! As part of a non-profit research project dedicated to improving quality of life for cancer patients through innovative cancer research, we’ve developed a brief, web-based survey. This survey will examine the effects of cancer on quality of life, available to anyone with any type of cancer. Please take a few minutes to participate! I want to emphasize that this study is anonymous and there will be no way of identifying who participates in this study. Participating will not affect your relationship with The Ohio State University or the Stress and Immunity Cancer Projects.

The IRB protocol number of the study is 2006B0079, and the principal investigator is Dr. Barbara L. Andersen of The Ohio State University. I would be happy to send you more information about our project if you would like. Please email me at ahuja.16@osu.edu
