I am a 13 year old male and about 3 months ago i noticed some lymph nodes behind my left ear that are a little bit smaller than 1cm probabably about 0.7cm in diameter and they are firm. anyway i didnt really think much of it. then i was reading info in my science class that firm lymph nodes suggest lymphoma so i immediatly started checking for more nodes and found the ones in my groin but they are not swollen either but are like strings going down and are about 0.2cm in diameter they are also firm. i also noticed i have what feel like pads of something in both sides of my shoudlers were the head muscles come down. they are about 2.5cm i dont know if it is normal?

also i want to say sorry because i sound like somebody who gets worried over nothing but my days get ruined by me constanly thinking and i just want answers.

any help would be apreciated.

i just want to add that i went to the doctor for the ones in my neck and he didnt think anything was wrong.
