Enlarged nodes or not? What is this ?

Hi all,

I know this is a common thing to ask but I would appreciate some advice. I have noticed something under my left arm pit. I dont know if it is a swelling or what. Basically it goes slightly up and slightly down again over a couple of centimetres. It doesnt go up a lot, just a bit. I was really worried when i noticed but then again i am an over-worried over-stressed person all the time (I am 19 btw). I stretch the skin of my arm pit and it disappears if i pinch it, theres nothing inside it - it just seems like its empty. I press below it and again its empty, feels very similar to my other arm pit. But i was still worried and i went to a physician (who is a firned of my father). He isp retty experienced but again, hes only a general practicioner not a specialist. He kept touching it and sueezing it, moving it around and then told me not ot be silly because its nothing. He said its probably just fat or something.

I am still not completely convinced.. i have absolutely no symptoms other than that.. no fever no night sweat nothing.. My throat hurt a bit before but it went away within a few days without any fever. I have no lumps anywhere else. should i still be worried and visit a specialist or is it nothign to worry about? especially that a physician has examined it and unless he was absolutely sure I dont think he wudve said that (as it is a big responsibility if it does turn out to be enlarged).
