Hi there, I'm currently on the 21st day of the Grape Cure Diet (ala Johanna Brandt). Does anyone have any personal experiences of this diet or know of any success stories? What were your experiences; how long did it take; did you ingest only grapes and water? etc etc

If you are ingesting only grapes and water, then malnutrition will in due course set in.

22nd day now - and thus far I feel healthy.

My skin is good, my body is cleansing - daily enemas are partaken of. I have noticed a few detoxing symptoms - not too many as I've been fairly healthy for years and I did do a grape diet for 10 days 2 1/2 months back as well.

I would imagine that it's from around now that I'll start noticing changes to the neck tumour. I await results Smile

I realise that about 6 wks is the max. (depending on the individual) that one should do this before reverting to a fruit first, then raw diet etc.

What I'm asking - does anyone have any personal experience of the grape diet? and if so, what?
