What do you think about mediterranean diet?
Statistics say that among people that consume a low fat food, the incidence of cancers are also at low level.

The evidence is not complete. There are fewer of some cancers, but more or others.

The Mediterranean diet is great, but you have to be physically active as well, and I sometimes wonder if climate affects effectiveness. Very cold climates lead to a greater need for fats in the diet; hot ones require much less.

A recent study at the Preventive Medicine Research Institute in Sausalito, California, concluded that healthy lifestyle triggers genetic changes. Much more, researchers found more profound changes when they compared prostate biopsies taken before and after the lifestyle changes.
