Hello all, im a 31 y/o married and a mommy of 4 , it all started in 2001 i was having abd cramps and lower pelvic pain . went and got an ultrasound it stated that my uterus was 8.6 x 4.4 x 6.4 in size , the endometruim is quite hyperchioc ans measures up to 13mm in diameter. 1 cm right ovarian cyst with small amount of adjacent fluit which may be recent cyst rupture .
Ok that was in 2001, i never went back to a gyn causei really didnt think anything of it . then in 2006 it started in may i was having real bad lower back pains , again didnt think anything of it , until i started getting painful periods and first 3 days of my periods i was passing clots and heavy too ! so in 2006 of aug i went to my gyn he saidi had an enlarged uterus the size of a 12wk preg. that they are probley from fibroid tumors . ok well in oct of 2006 went to e.r. with bad pelvic pain . they did ultrasound and confirmed i had a tumor the size of a small orange . went back to my gyn and we arrange to have surgry done ( hysterectomy) in jan 2007 , unfortunally my insurance broad sided me . and told me that they wouldnt pay because of some waiting period so the hosptial said i had to come up with 6 k for them to do it . i was like forget that crap !
Anyways it is now 2008 i missed last yrs exam due to some other health problems i was dealing with . and never thought it would get this bad . I went in april 14th for my gyn apt. he examed me and stated "oh my " your uterus has grown . plus he said he couldnt feel my ovaries . so he scheduled me an ultrasound , and this is what it said .
ULTRASOUND RESULTS-uterus 8.3x7.6x12.2cm normal shape no . fibroid uterus and , large echogenic mass rt fundas @ 6.4x6.5x7.0 cm , endometrium 2cm abnormal push to left , cul-de-sac 0 free fluid. Right ovary 2.8x2.2x2.9 multiple cysts , largest is 1cm ( low rt adn exa ) Left ovary , 1.8x2.1 , small follicles ( high adn. )
Well then after he examed the ultrsound results , he said your endometrium look very thick and abnormal looking , i want to schedule you an endometrium biopsy . Went in for my biopsy on april 23rd 2008 and found out my pap results came back abnormal ! and this is what it stated .
PAP RESULTS - epithelial cell abnormality . Atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance . HPV results - hpv,high-risk : POSITIVE !
So now im scheduled for wed a colposcopy . and for my endometrium biopsy results ! But in the mean time . since my biopsy was done it was on a wed. i didnt really bleed or anything , then thurday night i passed 3 small clots and had a watery bright red liquid with a little yellow mucas in with it ( discharge or something) then after that i had a dark reddesh brown period like until i got my actual period whichi think it was sunday .
now im having lower abd and pelvic pains , it alsmost feels like a pinching feeling up there . also have sharp pains in lower back going around my hips and down my legs , i also noticed that i have pain in my umm (sry this is embarressing) i dont know how to put this and im sry if i offend anyone ! i have pain when i have an orgasm and sharp stabbing pains in my clitoris shooting up into my belly . Was wondering if maybe the doc his a nerve or something or maybe the tumor is growing and itspushing on a nerve ? im just so confused and scared at this point . it also hurt during relations with my hubby it burned . he said also he could feel something pushing. i have no clue what that means . and again im soooooo sry if i offended anyone with this topic . does anyone of you ever had anything like this and if so please i wanna know your story !!! thank you so much for lsitening and reading my topic . ill keep you all updated as to what happens with my results ! again thank you , ladybelle31 |

thank you brainman , im just so scared of what might be . the more i read the more its looking like it is . but you never know . lately i havent been having much of a hunger , ive lost 6 lbs since the 14th of april . ive been having more and more pain in my pelvic region and lower back , cant sit for a long or its hurts worse . also i noticed on left side rib area i guess thats were your pancresis/spleen is (sry for spelling) , it feels like theres a bulge there when i sit also . dunno if its from the enlarged uterus pushing everything up. anyways i thank you for your response . didnt know if anyone was gonna respond that soon . ive also read on the cervical cancer forum here and there was a girl in the service that basically had the same symtoms as myself with the achey joints , in the knees, wrists/knuckles and elbows especially when it rains or its super cold out . but mostly is in my knees and upper legs/thighs . sometimes the pain is soo unbaring and other times i can tolerate it . i have a bottle of naproxen so that helps a little . Anyways its the wait thats a pain . ive called like 3x last week for my results and one nurse told me that it hasnt came back yet but my advice would be to wait for your follow up apt next wk . i said ok and left it at that . Well again thank you so much for your response ! ...........Ladybelle31
P.S. Brainman , are you saying its sounding like it might be ???? i know u dont want ot alarm me or anything , and if it is im sure they hopefully caught it in time !!! _________________ XO~LadyBelle31~XO |

I do not know if I should say "fortunately" or "unfortunately" but I really do not know enough about cervical cancer to even venture a guess about whether or not you have cancer . If you read a lot of my posts, you will see that I am quit direct and even blunt with what I think. I believe people should be fully informed. Unfortunately, I am not able to fully inform you (I guess I finally decided that it is "unfortunate" ).
I do know that waiting can be very difficult and just want you to know that you are not alone. All of us have and to wait anxiously for test results, for doctors to make treatment decisions, etc. _________________ Jim
