I have a question regarding diagnosing a lymphnode. Can anyone tell me if a lymphnode have to be biopsy'd or removed to diagnose cancer?

Beckie,

I'm not familiar with breast cancer, but do know that needle biopsies are often done for LC. It could go either way depending on what the surgeon or doctor in charge feels is best for a good tissue sample.
