Hello, everyone,

I am looking for information about direct experience with alternative and/or complementary treatments. "Direct" is the key word here: there is plenty of info on the web, but I am looking to learn from those who tried and, hopefully, benefited from some of the treatments. I am specifically interested in:

Budwig diet,
Triphala,
Kombucha.
Sandostatin shots,
Maitake mushrooms.
